Post-Employment Disclosure. During the Restricted Period, Executive shall provide a copy of this Agreement to persons and/or entities for whom Executive works or consults as an owner, partner, joint venturer, employee or independent contractor. If, during the Restricted Period, Executive works or consults for another person or entity as an owner, partner, joint venturer, employee or independent contractor, Executive shall provide the Company with such person or entity’s name, the nature of such person or entity’s business, Executive’s job title and a general description of the services Executive will provide.

Post-Employment Disclosure. In the event Executive’s employment with Inspire terminates, Executive agrees that during the term of the restrictions described in Paragraph 8.a. above, Executive will promptly inform Inspire of the identity of any new employer, the job title of Executive’s new position, and a description of any services to be rendered to that employer. In addition, Executive agrees to respond within ten (10) days to any written request from Inspire for further information concerning Executive’s work activities sufficient to provide Inspire with assurances that Executive is not violating any of the obligations Executive has undertaken in this Agreement.
Post-Employment Disclosure. During the Restricted Period, you will disclose that you have covenants (and the nature of those covenants) to persons and/or entities to whom You provide goods and services. If, during the Restricted Period, You provide services to another person or entity which provides goods or services competitive with the goods or services provided by the Company You shall provide the Company with such person or entity’s name, Your job title, and a description of the services You will provide.
Post-Employment Disclosure. Executive shall notify the persons and/or entities for whom, during the Restricted Period, Executive works or consults (or for whom, during the Restricted Period, it is anticipated or possible Executive will work or consult), whether as an owner, partner, joint venturer, employee, consultant or independent contractor, of the covenants and terms contained in Section 5 of this Agreement. In addition, Executive authorizes the Company to provide a copy of such provisions to third parties, including Executive’s subsequent, anticipated or possible future employers or persons and/or entities with whom Executive works or consults as an owner, partner, joint venturer, employee, consultant or independent contractor.
Post-Employment Disclosure. Employee agrees that in the event Employee voluntarily or involuntarily terminates employment with Tennant, that during the term of the restrictions described in Sections 4.2 or 4.3 above, as applicable, Employee will inform Tennant of the identity of any new employer that is a Conflicting Organization or is involved with a Competitive Product or Competitive Research, the job title of Employee’s new position, and a description of any services to be rendered to that employer. In addition, Employee agrees to respond within ten (10) days to any written request from Tennant for further information concerning Employee’s work activities sufficient to provide Tennant with assurances that Employee is not violating any of the obligations Employee has undertaken in this Agreement.

If, during the Restricted Period, Employee agrees to work or consult for another person or entity as an owner, partner, joint venturer, employee or independent contractor, then Employee shall provide the Employer on or before Employee’s first day of work or consultation with such person’s or entity’s name, the nature of such person’s or entity’s business, Employee’s job title, and a general description of the services Employee will provide.
