Post-Employment Restrictions. 17.1 For the duration of your employment with the Company and for a period of twelve (12) months after the termination thereof for any cause, you shall not:

Post-Employment Restrictions. 20.1 You agree for a period of six (6) months after the termination of your employment that you shall not either on your own account or on behalf of any other person, firm or company directly or indirectly, carry on or be engaged, concerned or interested in any business which is directly competitive with the business of securing television licenses and operating television stations in which the CME Group is engaged and with which you were actively involved in the twelve months preceding the termination of your employment (the “Restricted Business”) within the territories of operation of the CME Group.

You agree that for a period of one year after the termination of your employment with each member of the Company Group for any reason, you shall not Induce Departures or hire or employ, or assist in the hire or employment of, either directly or indirectly, any individual (other than your administrative assistant) whose employment by the Company Group ended within sixty (60) days preceding that individual’s hire or employment by you or your successor employer.
