POSITION SIZES. The aggregate cost of all equity interests is limited to the lesser of Client's policyholders' surplus or 10% of admitted assets. This excludes any insurance company shares. Investments in any single domestic institution's equity securities (common shares) are limited to 1% of admitted assets as of the last statement date. (Initial investment shall be limited to the lesser of $5,000,000 beginning cost or 15% of statutory surplus as of the last statement date.) Individual equity purchase recommendations may be made by the Client's Board of Directors or their designated representative and initiated through Manager.

  • Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.

  • Position Description The employee shall be responsible for drafting his/her position description form and shall forward it to his/her supervisor for approval. When the employee and the supervisor disagree on the job description, they shall meet promptly and attempt to reach an agreement on the employee’s job duties. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the supervisor will finalize the job description in accordance with the supervisor’s understanding and expectations of the position. The employee may submit his or her comments for the classification analyst to consider when reviewing the position description.

  • Position Vacancies When a new position is created or a vacancy occurs in any existing position, the Employer shall forthwith prepare and furnish the Federation and post in places as agreed upon by the Employer and the Federation, a bulletin stating among other things: Location and title of position to be filled; a listing of the principal duties of the position; minimum qualifications; assigned hours of service; assigned days of rest; salary range of the position; whether the position is permanent or temporary; if temporary, how long it is probable the position will continue; the starting date of the assignment; last date when applications will be received and accepted; and with whom the applications shall be filed.

  • Position Limits We may require you to limit the number of open positions which you may have with us at any time and we may in our sole discretion close out any one or more Transactions in order to ensure that such position limits are maintained.

  • Position During the Term, Employer shall employ Executive, and Executive shall serve, as Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the Board of Directors of Employer (the “Board”). Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority as are typical for such position at companies of comparable size to Employer and within Employer’s industry, including general executive authority over Employer’s affairs arising in the ordinary course of business, and shall perform the other services and duties as determined from time to time by the Board.
