Common use of Political Action Committee Clause in Contracts

Political Action Committee. 10 The District shall, upon receipt of a written authorization form that conforms to legal requirements, 11 deduct from the pay of such bargaining unit employee the amount of contribution the employee 12 voluntarily chooses for deduction for political purposes and shall transmit the same electronically to 13 the Union on the Union dues transmittal check.
