Plat. Plat means the plats of survey of the Property of record in Plat Book , page , Register's Office of Xxxxxxxxxx County, Tennessee, showing the number of each Lot, location and other data necessary for identification and any new or amended plats added pursuant to this document. Developer is authorized and empowered irrevocably to amend the Plat (without joinder of any Lot Owner) to correct mistakes and to more clearly define common elements.
