Plat. The Plat sets forth the numbers, areas, locations and other data, as required by the Act.

Plat. As part of Closing, the Plat shall have received approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the Office of the Auditor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana; provided, however, that such approval can be obtained prior to condominiumization of the parcels.
Plat. Upon approval of the Plat for the Property by the VILLAGE, RPD shall sign the Plat. RPD approves of the attached Plat.
