Plat Clause Samples

Plat. As part of Closing, the Plat shall have received approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the Office of the Auditor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana and be recorded, if possible prior to condominiumization. The Plat shall establish the precise legal description of: (A) the Mixed-Use Condominium Units; (B) the Public Right-of-Way; and (C) the Garage Condominium Unit; for purposes of title insurance and closing documents.

Plat. Seller, at its sole expense, agrees that it shall use commercially reasonably efforts to subdivide the Property from Seller’s Property and record the Plat prior to the Closing; provided, however, Seller agrees that the Plat shall be subject to the reasonable written approval of Buyer and that Seller shall not cause or permit the Plat to be recorded until after the City Approvals are obtained.

Plat. Borrower shall have delivered to the Lender a preliminary parcel map, preliminary plat or survey of the Subdivision.

Plat. As part of Closing, the Plat shall have received final approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the Office of the Auditor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana and be recorded. The Plat shall establish the precise legal description of at least the following: (A) the Project Site; and (B) the Culinary Accelerator Parcel; for purposes of title insurance and closing documents.

Plat. On or before the expiration of the Diligence Period, the Plat shall have received final approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the office of the Auditor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana and be recorded. The Plat shall establish the precise legal description of the parcels depicted in the Master Development Plan.

Plat. As of the Closing Date, the Plat shall be approved by the City and shall have received final approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the Office of the Auditor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana and be recorded. .”

Plat. On or before Closing, the Plat shall have received final approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the Office of the Auditor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana and be submitted for recordation. The Plat shall establish the precise legal description of: (A) the MOB Parcel; (B) the Mixed-Use Parcel; (C) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parcel; and (D) the Garage Parcel; for purposes of title insurance and closing documents.

Plat. As part of Closing, the Plat shall have received approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the Office of the Auditor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana; provided, however, that such approval can be obtained prior to condominiumization of the parcels.

Plat. Upon approval of the Plat for the Property by the VILLAGE, RPD shall sign the Plat. RPD approves of the attached Plat.
