Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting System Benefits. 5 Cognos TM1, to be integrated with EnterpriseOne, will enable all planning, budgeting, and 6 forecasting activities for capital projects, operating revenues and expenditures, and salary and 7 full-time equivalents to take place within one system. It will eliminate many standalone 8 Microsoft Excel-based templates, which currently result in manual rekeying of data; support 9 enhanced reporting and analytics; and use a role based security model. Cognos TM1 will be a 10 fully integrated solution for all aspects of planning, budgeting and forecasting within Nalcor. 11 The solution will enable a more accurate and efficient budgeting process with a full corporate 12 budget where the dependencies, such as labour transfer between capital and operating, are 13 automated. The integration of both operating and capital budgets within a single solution 14 enables visibility into constraints, such as human resource capacity, providing a more realistic 15 work plan and more accurate budgets for contract resources. 16 17 Cognos TM1 will be integrated with EnterpriseOne which allows both systems to share a 18 standardized chart of accounts and corporate structures. The standardization and integration 19 between the two systems will also reduce manual processes and enable an increased level of 20 data integrity. 21 22 Cognos TM1 will have the flexibility to accommodate various budgeting and forecasting 23 methodologies including rolling forecasts, zero-based budgeting, escalation and/or a hybrid 24 approach. By automating and standardizing escalation rates, there will be control and audit 25 capabilities around budget and forecast escalation processes. The solution will also have the 26 capability to generate what-if scenarios for modeling and analysis. 27 28 The system will also provide the ability to calculate depreciation costs under more than one Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro 21 1 changes in depreciation within proposals submitted to the regulator. This system will be a key 2 input to Hydro’s Cost of Service Study, determination of revenue requirements for regulatory 3 submissions and overall capital and budget planning activities. 4 5 Appendix G provides further detail on the functionality enhancements that Hydro will achieve 6 as a result of migration to Cognos TM1. 7

The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Budgeting The budget set out in the Consortium Plan shall be valued in accordance with the usual accounting and management principles and practices of the respective Parties.

  • Marketing Plan (1) No later than six (6) months prior to the date rehabilitation of the Development is projected to be complete, Borrower shall submit to the County for approval its plan for marketing the Development to income-eligible households as required by this HOME Regulatory Agreement (the "Marketing Plan"). The Marketing Plan must include information on affirmative marketing efforts and compliance with fair housing laws and 24 C.F.R. 92.351(a).

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Business Plan and Budget To the extent requested by any Initial Lender, as soon as available, but in any event within thirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, an annual business plan and budget of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, including forecasts prepared by management of the Borrower, in form satisfactory to such Lender, of Consolidated balance sheets and statements of income or operations and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a monthly basis for the immediately following fiscal year. As to any information contained in materials filed with the SEC or furnished pursuant to Section 6.2(f), the Borrower shall not be separately required to furnish such information under Section 6.1(a) or (b) above, but the foregoing shall not be in derogation of the obligation of the Borrower to furnish the information and materials described in Sections 6.1(a) and (b) above at the times specified therein.
