Plan Licensing/State Requirements. CONTRACTOR understands that IEHP is a Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plan and subject to the requirements under applicable laws (including but not limited to the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Acx xxx xxx Waxman-Duffy Prepaid Health Plan Act), xxxxxxxxxxx obligations set forth under the contract between IEHP and the California Department of Health Care Services (“DHCS”), and regulations promulgated by the California Department of Managed Health Care (“DMHC”) and DHCS. CONTRACTOR understands that specified requirements of the DHCS and DMHC may apply to CONTRACTOR as a contractor of IEHP.

Plan Licensing/State Requirements. This Professional Services Agreement has been identified as a contract for marketing, administrative, management or consulting services related to health plan activities and/or specifically related to fulfilling IEHP’s obligations to the California Department of Health Care Services (“DHCS”) under the terms of the DHCS contract and/or the functions relating to activities regulated by the Department of Managed Health Care (“DMHC”). Accordingly, the following shall apply to CONTRACTOR:

  • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.

  • Licensing Requirements The following licensing requirements shall apply when the applicable Florida Statute mandates specific licensing for Contractors engaged in the type of work covered by this solicitation.

  • License Requirements The Hotel’s alcoholic beverage license requires that the Hotel shall: (i) request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced, and (ii) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Hotel’s judgment, appears to be intoxicated; and (iii) instruct its personnel to avoid encouraging patrons to consume alcoholic beverages (commonly referred to as “over-pouring”).

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LICENSING REQUIREMENTS CONTRACTOR shall comply with all necessary licensing requirements and shall obtain appropriate licenses and display the same in a location that is reasonably conspicuous, as well as file copies of same with the County Executive Office.

  • Surveys, Permits, and Regulations The Owner shall furnish all surveys unless otherwise specified. Permits and licenses of a temporary nature necessary for the prosecution of the Work shall be obtained and paid for by the Contractor. Permits, licenses, and easements for permanent structures or permanent changes in existing facilities shall be obtained and paid for by the Owner unless otherwise specified. The Contractor and its Subcontractors must pay any municipal or county occupational licenses, taxes, or fees, if any. The Contractor shall give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations bearing on the conduct of the Work. If the Contractor observes that the drawings or specifications are at variance with any such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, he shall promptly notify the Owner in writing, and any necessary changes shall be adjusted as provided in the Contract for changes in the Work. If the Contractor performs any Work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations without such notice to the Owner, he shall bear all costs arising therefrom. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to impose design responsibility on the Contractor except as noted in the Contract Documents.

  • ON SITE REQUIREMENTS While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements.

  • Minimum Vendor License Requirements Vendor shall maintain, in current status, all federal, state, and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by Vendor. Vendor shall remain fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of goods or services under the TIPS Agreement. TIPS and TIPS Members reserve the right to stop work and/or cancel a TIPS Sale or terminate this or any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement involving Vendor if Vendor’s license(s) required to perform under this Agreement or under the specific TIPS Sale have expired, lapsed, are suspended or terminated subject to a 30‐day cure period unless prohibited by applicable statue or regulation.

  • Software Requirements 7 Developer shall prepare the Project Schedule using Oracle’s Primavera P6.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • Minimum Vendor Legal Requirements Vendor shall remain aware of and comply with this Agreement and all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of products/services offered by Vendor under this contract. Such applicable laws, ordinances, and policies must be complied with even if not specified herein.
