Place of Operations. For Managed Private Cloud: HP will provide Services from the specified data center in the SOW(s). For Virtual Private Cloud and DRaaS Continuity Cloud: HP will provide Services from U.S. based service center(s) designated on Customer’s Order(s) or otherwise in writing, but may relocate to another U.S. based service center(s) from time to time, after reasonable notice to Customer. If Customer has concerns about relocation, Customer may terminate affected Services for its convenience without paying any Termination Charge (subject to applicable minimums). Any applicable minimums or upfront costs shall be detailed in a mutually agreed upon Statement of Work.
