The liquidators shall not be personally liable for the return of Capital Contributions or any portion thereof to the Partners (it being understood that any such return shall be made solely from the Partnership assets).
The Members and former Members shall look solely to the Company’s assets for the return of their Capital Contributions, and if the assets of the Company remaining after payment of or due provision for all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Company are insufficient to return such Capital Contributions, the Members and former Members shall have no recourse against the Company, any Manager or any other Member.
