Examples of Capital Contributions in a sentence
The Managing Member shall not be personally liable for, and shall have no obligation to contribute or loan any monies or property to the Company to enable it to effectuate, the return of the Capital Contributions of the Members or Unitholders, or any portion thereof, it being expressly understood that any such return shall be made solely from assets of the Company.
Loans by a Member to the Company may be considered Capital Contributions upon the approval by unanimous consent and shall be upon terms and conditions approved by the Voting Members.
No interest shall be paid by the Company on Capital Contributions.
No interest shall be paid by the Company on Capital Contributions, on balances in a Member’s Capital Account or on any other funds distributed or distributable under this Amended and Restated Agreement.
