Purchaser shall be entitled ------------------------ to certain priority rights during each month to available Production Time for EG Services and Other Services at the EG Facility, all in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article IV of this Agreement.

Purchaser or an Affiliate thereof shall, at all times, retain title to all sheet metal being processed for it at the EG Facility.
