PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS. Physical therapists and occupational therapists shall be on the same salary schedule as teachers, shall continue to be eligible for advanced study salary credit, and shall continue to be entitled to participate in all fringe benefits, personnel benefits, and other relevant programs available to teachers. The provisions and terms of this Agreement shall be applicable to physical therapists and occupational therapists.

PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS. Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists employed by the Board have duties and responsibilities which differ from those of regular teachers in many ways and shall be employed under annual limited contracts for the number of days specified in Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists contract. The following Articles and Sections only shall apply to Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists:

Speech and Language Pathologists This professional development will focus on current best practices in the areas of assessments, report writing and data collection resulting in standards-based service provision that ties into individualized student goals. It is based on the SLP Instructional Council PD recommendations.
