Pharmacodynamic Endpoints. Determination of PD parameters will include, but will not be limited to, the following: • Levels of circulating free IFNγ at predose, and of total IFNγ (free + bound) at any subsequent time-point • Markers of IFNγ neutralization, namely CXCL-9, CXCL-10, CXCL-11 • Other biomarkers (e.g. sCD25, IL-10).
