STUDY DAY. 1 (SD-1) If not already hospitalized, the patient will enter the hospital on the day prior to the first NI-0501 infusion (i.e. on SD-1). On this day, the following treatments will be administered: • Dexamethasone will be administered daily, as described in Section 6.1 • Prophylactic treatment, as described in Section 6.2 v A patient with a clinical assessment (including chest X-ray) not indicative of the presence of an active infection, provided that a usable specimen has been taken, and the microbiological analysis is ongoing, can be enrolled prior to the availability of the results.   • Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.

  • Calendar Day Any day shown on the calendar beginning at midnight and ending at midnight the following day. If no designation of calendar or working day is made, “day” shall mean calendar day.

  • Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.

  • PAY DAY (a) The Employer shall pay each Nurse every two (2) weeks. The amount shall be in accordance with the applicable hourly rate for the Nurse’s classification and increment level listed in Appendix “A”. Payment will include regular pay and will include any other income earned during the preceding pay period. Every effort will be made to supply requested information to a Nurse as to the amount paid on or before pay day.

  • Professional Development Day The Employees shall be entitled to spend three (3) working days with pay for the purpose of doing research and preparation related to their work at a date mutually acceptable to the Employer and the Employee.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.
