Pest Control Management. In order to ensure the Premises and Village remain pest and rodent free, the Licensor may employ the services of a professional Pest Control Management Company. The service provides an effective preventative maintenance plan to ensure the residences are free of unwanted vermin, insects or wildlife in the Premises and Campus village.

Pest Control Management. In order to ensure our residential facilities remain pest free, Campus Life Services employ the services of a professional Pest Control Management Company. The service provides an effective preventative maintenance plan to ensure the residences are free of unwanted vermin, insects or wildlife in the Villages.
Pest Control Management. 16.1 As a part of a comprehensive pest control management program, the premises are treated on a regular schedule by a licensed pest control technician. UNCW will provide students notice of the treatment schedule prior to any application. It is the responsibility of the student to follow all instructions in the notification in order to appropriately prepare the premises for treatment. Failure to appropriately prepare the premises may result in a rescheduling and retreatment charge. If a pest control application is needed between the scheduled treatments, the student should submit a request to HRL in a timely manner. The student may be charged the cost of additional pest control treatments if it is determined that the pest issue is associated with student behavior. Examples could include, but are not limited to: failure to remove personal trash and/or maintain cleanliness of the premises, or has failed to follow remediation instructions provided to the student by the staff.

  • Pest Control A. Whenever a department utilizes a pest control chemical in State owned or managed buildings/grounds, the department will provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to application of the chemical, unless an infestation occurs which requires immediate action. Notices will be posted in the lobby of the building and will be disseminated to building tenant contacts.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Fiscal Management Grantee must have accounting and internal control systems to ensure proper management of federal and state funds, maximize non-federal resources, and maintain solvency. Xxxxxxx’s accounting and internal control systems must meet the following requirements:

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • Infection Control Consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Guideline for Infection Control in Health Care Personnel, and University Policy 3364-109-EH-603, the parties agree that all bargaining unit employees who come in contact with patients in the hospital or ambulatory care clinics will need to be vaccinated against influenza when flu season begins each fall. The influenza vaccine will be offered to all health care workers, including pregnant women, before the influenza season, unless otherwise medically contraindicated or it compromises sincerely held religious beliefs.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.
