Personal Necessity Leave/Compelling Personal Leave. Leave which is credited under Section 9.1.2, Sick Leave, may be used at the unit member’s election for purposes of personal necessity or compelling personal leave, provided that the use of such leave does not exceed eight (8) days in any school (fiscal) year.
