Personal Care Needs. Caregiver shall observe ’s physical and mental states on a regular basis, and shall make arrangements, as necessary, to meet health needs by arranging transportation to the physician of ’s choice. Caregiver shall provide assistance to in carrying out the instructions of physicians including storing, distributing and reminding to take prescribing medications. Caregiver shall also provide with personal assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, hair care, shaving, eating, care of clothing, personal shopping and incidental services, as needed.

Personal Care Needs. Caregiver shall observe Older Adult’s physical and mental condition on a regular basis and shall make arrangements as necessary to meet Older Adult’s health needs by arranging transportation to the physician of the Older Adult’s choice.   • Personal/Carer’s Leave a) Personal/carer’s leave is defined in accordance with Section 244 of the Act and includes paid sick leave (accrued under the AFPCS) and paid or unpaid carer’s leave (accrued under the AFPCS). Casual employees shall have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.

  • Medical Care Leave An Employee who is unable to make the necessary arrangements for maintenance of personal health care outside of scheduled work time, shall be granted time off with pay. Such time off shall not exceed sixteen (16) working hours per calendar year. Hours in excess of sixteen (16) hours per calendar year shall be deducted from the Employee's sick leave accumulation.

  • Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Family Care and Medical Leave An unpaid Family Care and Medical Leave shall be granted, to the extent of and subject to the restrictions as set forth below, to an employee who has been employed for at least twelve (12) months and who has served for 130 workdays during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the effective date of the leave. For purposes of this Section, furlough days and days worked during off-basis time shall count as "workdays". Family Care and Medical Leave absences of twenty (20) consecutive working days or less can be granted by the immediate administrator or designee. Leaves of twenty (20) or more consecutive working days can be granted only by submission of a formal leave application to the Personnel Commission.

  • Child Care Leave (a) An employee who is a natural or adoptive parent shall be granted upon request in writing child care leave without pay for a period of up to thirty-five (35) weeks. The leave may be shared by the parents or taken wholly by one (1) parent.
