Performance Measurement Framework. The Board of Directors shall ensure that the OEB’s business plan includes an effective system for performance measurement and a monitoring mechanism for the OEB. The Board of Directors shall ensure that the OEB seeks continuous improvement in its performance, including improvement in response to deficiencies noted or recommendations made by the independent auditor described below. The Board of Directors shall ensure that the OEB establishes annual as well as longer-range performance standards for operating and financial results. The Board of Directors shall ensure that an independent auditor reviews and reports on the OEB’s past year’s achievement of the performance standards contained in its business plan to ensure performance measurement aligns with best practices and support the integrity and transparency of the stated results. The Board of Directors shall ensure that an independent auditor reviews and reports on the OEB’s past year’s achievement of the performance standards contained in its business plan The Board of Directors shall provide the Minister with the auditor’s report within 30 days after the auditor’s report has been accepted by the Board of Directors.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers.   • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5.
