- Performance Appraisal Program. The Performance Appraisal program covers all workers represented by the Union, with the exception of extra help employees unless otherwise required based by regulation or law. It is agreed that the performance appraisals will not be used by the County, the worker or the Union in the disciplinary process or for the purpose of transfers or for the purpose of promotions.
