Pension Plan Costs. Pension plan costs may be computed using a pay-as-you-go method or an acceptable actuarial cost method in accordance with established written policies of the Grantee.

Pension Plan Costs. Owner shall pay to Operator from time to time additional amounts equal to the Pension Plan Contribution. Owner shall make such payment to Operator not later than the Business most nearly preceding the date such Pension Plan Contribution is due by depositing the amount into a bank account established pursuant to Section 5.5.
