Penal Rates. Employees specified below who are entitled to T1.5 weekend rate and T1.25 under Clause 8 (c) of the Spotless Services Ltd and PSA Collective Employment Agreement -- Rotorua Hospitals Employees will continue to receive the payment. Commencing from 1 July 2010 the payment will be in the form of a $5.75 per hour allowance and abating every twelve months thereafter at the rate of 75 cents per hour.
