Changing Time. Where an employee is required by the employer to wear a particular uniform on duty and is not permitted to wear that uniform other than within the precincts of the hospital, the employee shall be allowed a period of six minutes, both at the commencement and cessation of each duty, as changing time.
Changing Time. Each pharmacist who is required to change clothing on premises into hospital owned apparel has seven (7) minutes or other mutually agreed upon time with pay after the start of the shift to change and report to his or her work area and may leave his or her work area seven (7) minutes or other mutually agreed upon time with pay before the shift ends to change out of hospital owned apparel.

Employees covered under the bargaining unit who are required to be in uniform will receive 10 minutes within the start of his/her shift and 10 minutes before the end of his/her shift to change into and out of uniform. The changing time will be within his/her work schedule and will not be in addition to his/her 40 hour workweek. The Police Department will arrange adequate staffing to insure coverage during the changing time. In exchange, these bargaining unit employees will be required to change into and out of uniform at work. and, therefore, cannot wear the uniforms to and from work.
Changing Time. In positions where employees are required to wear hospital-issued attire, time spent changing will be counted as work time in accordance with applicable law. Five (5) minutes of paid time will be allotted to dress, and an additional five (5) minutes of paid time will be allotted to undress, as follows: Employees will generally be released ten (10) minutes prior to the end of their shift to compensate for changing time. Employees are expected to be dressed and ready for work at the start of their shift. When, because of the demands of the work, an employee cannot be released prior to the end of his or her shift, the employee will be paid the difference at the rate required by contract or law.
