Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:
Service Fees Pricing and procedure details provided in the original signed agreement.
Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
Payment of Extraordinary Education Related Expenses Section 5.1. PAYMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Articles IV and VI of this Agreement, Applicant on an annual basis shall also indemnify and reimburse District for all non-reimbursed costs, certified by the District’s external auditor to have been incurred by the District for extraordinary education-related expenses directly and solely related to the project that are not directly funded in state aid formulas, including expenses for the purchase of portable classrooms and the hiring of additional personnel to accommodate a temporary increase in student enrollment caused directly by such project. Applicant shall have the right to contest the findings of the District’s external auditor pursuant to Section 4.9 above.
Service Fees and Additional Charges Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle. There may be a charge for additional transactions and other optional services. You agree to pay such charges and authorize the Service to deduct the calculated amount from your designated Billing Account for these amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you. Any financial fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply. You are responsible for any and all telephone access fees and/or Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.
Payment of Additional Costs If termination of this contract is due to the failure of the Engineer to fulfill its contract obligations, the State may take over the project and prosecute the work to completion, and the Engineer shall be liable to the State for any additional cost to the State.
Subcontract Costs Payments made by the Construction Manager to Subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the subcontracts.
Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.
Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses. If the foregoing is in accordance with your understanding of our agreement, please sign and return to the undersigned a counterpart hereof, whereupon this letter and your acceptance shall represent a binding agreement between the Underwriter and the Company.
