Payment of Loan Balance. In accordance with Section 20.2(f) of the Master Lease upon the exercise of the Remarketing Option, the payment of the Loan Balance to the Administrative Agent shall be distributed to the Lenders for application to pay in full the Participant Balance of each Lender, and the payment of the aggregate amount of Lessor Amounts that are allocable to Qualified Land shall be distributed to the Lessors.

  • PAYMENT OF LOAN FEE Borrower shall pay to Lender a fee in the amount of Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) (the "Loan Fee") plus all out-of-pocket expenses.
