Payment of Issue Price. Each Note Subscriber shall procure the payment of the Issue Price in respect of its proportion of the principal amount of the Notes to the Issuer in US$ for immediate value to such account as the Issuer has designated to such Note Subscriber in writing at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date.
