Payment for Plan Benefits. The Trustee, as directed by the VEBA Committee, will cause payments from the Trust Fund to be utilized to pay Benefits under the Disability Plan in accordance with Appendix B hereto and the HRA Plan in accordance with Appendix C hereto and both the Disability Plan and HRA Plan will pay Benefits in accordance with the Settlement Order (Appendix D attached hereto) and Distribution Order (Appendix E attached hereto). Individual settlement amounts that represent the Court approved actuarial methodology and individual distribution schedules have been previously provided directly to the participants and kept confidential because of privacy and HIPAA concerns.

The Trustee will cause payments from the Hardship Fund to be utilized to provide direct subsidies to third party insurers with respect to health care premiums otherwise payable by Current Retirees, individually or as a group, as deemed appropriate pursuant to the guidelines set forth herein for the Hardship Fund and/or to be applied toward the premiums of any health care plan offered through this VEBA.

The employer shall make amendments as appropriate to ensure that the Plan provides the maximum permissible benefits in conjunction with Article 17.03.

  • Early Retirement Benefits If elected in the Adoption Agreement, an Early Retirement benefit may be available to individuals who meet the age and Service requirements that are specified in the Adoption Agreement. A Participant who attains his or her Early Retirement Date will become fully vested, regardless of any vesting schedule which otherwise might apply. If a Participant separates from Service with a nonforfeitable benefit before satisfying the age requirements, but after having satisfied the Service requirement, the Participant will be entitled to elect an Early Retirement benefit upon satisfaction of the age requirement.

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.
