Payee and Address. 5.2.1 Payments of the Base Monthly Rent to Landlord, shall be paid when due to the account identified on Schedule 1 attached hereto, or to any other account as Landlord may from time to time designate to Tenant. Each such payment shall be made by Tenant by wire or other electronic transfer of funds, or automatic debit from an account designated by Tenant if so elected by Tenant. Tenant shall continue to pay all monthly rental in such manner unless otherwise directed by Landlord.
