Common use of Paycheque Error Clause in Contracts

Paycheque Error. Should any error occur in a paycheque, attributable to the Company, the Company agrees to correct the error no later the next regular pay date, after the error was reported to the Company provided the error was reported within five (5) calendar days of the error being made. Pay day shall be bi-weekly by direct deposit or cheque.
