Partial Deletion. The Contractor agrees to propose RCCs that delete a portion of a work item at the hours, material and subcontractor cost it would have required to accomplish the work. The proposed price shall include only the paragraphs affected by the partial deletion. At no time may the Contractor amend its pricing on the remaining paragraphs not being deleted from the work item.

  • Data Deletion As stated in the Student Data Transfer or Destruction Section of this Agreement, Provider shall ensure that all Student Data in its possession and in the possession of any subcontractors, or agents to whom Provider may have transferred Student Data, is destroyed or, as directed by the Board, transferred to the Board in a format determined by the Board within the time periods provided in the Student Data Transfer or Destruction Section of this Agreement.

  • Deletion Before the Subscription Term expires, Customer may use SAP’s self-service export tools (as available) to perform a final export of Personal Data from the Cloud Service (which shall constitute a "return" of Personal Data). At the end of the Subscription Term, Customer hereby instructs SAP to delete the Personal Data remaining on servers hosting the Cloud Service within a reasonable time period in line with Data Protection Law (not to exceed six months) unless applicable law requires retention.

  • Early Construction of Base Case Facilities Developer may request Connecting Transmission Owner to construct, and Connecting Transmission Owner shall construct, subject to a binding cost allocation agreement reached in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT, including Section 25.8.7 thereof, using Reasonable Efforts to accommodate Developer’s In-Service Date, all or any portion of any System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades required for Developer to be interconnected to the New York State Transmission System which are included in the Base Case of the Class Year Study for the Developer, and which also are required to be constructed for another Developer, but where such construction is not scheduled to be completed in time to achieve Developer’s In-Service Date.

  • RENT INCREASE 1) Once a year the landlord may increase the rent for the existing tenant. The landlord may only increase the rent 12 months after the date that the existing rent was established with the tenant or 12 months after the date of the last legal rent increase for the tenant, even if there is a new landlord or a new tenant by way of an assignment. The landlord must use the approved Notice of Rent Increase form available from any Residential Tenancy Branch office or Service BC office.

  • Rent Increases The Rent payable shall not be increased or otherwise modified during the Term of this Lease. Any increase in Rent shall only take effect after the expiration of the Term provided in this Lease. Any increase in Rent to take effect upon renewal or extension of the Term of this Lease must be preceded by a - day notice of the same from the Landlord to the Tenant.

  • ADDITION, DELETION OR MODIFICATION OF FUNDS The Parties hereto may agree, from time to time, to add other Funds to provide additional funding media for the Contracts, or to delete, combine, or modify existing Funds, by amending Schedule A hereto. Upon such amendment to Schedule A, any applicable reference to a Fund, AVIF, or its Shares herein shall include a reference to any such additional Fund.   • Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract.‌ If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change. Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.
