Organization Chart. Within 30 days of contract award, the Contractor shall submit a chart detailing each management, technical, engineering and production position from the highest company level to the lowest supervisory level. Include descriptions of each position describing the duties, responsibilities, authority and names of the individuals filling the positions, as well as identification of whether each individual is assigned to the contract full time. The organizational chart must represent the facility that will perform the work.

Organization Chart. 9.20.4.6.1 The chart shall provide an outline of the hierarchy, relationships and relative ranks of Subrecipient's organizational parts and positions/jobs as it related to the operations of this Subaward. In the event that Subrecipient revises its organization chart, a copy shall be provided to County within five (5) days of any change in its organization chart.
Organization Chart. Agent shall have received from the Borrower an accurate and complete organization chart reflecting all of the direct and indirect Subsidiaries and joint ventures of Holdings (and any other Person in which Holdings or any of the foregoing Subsidiaries or joint ventures holds Equity Interests) (including the applicable ownership percentages) as of: (i) the date immediately prior to the Closing Date (the “Pre-Closing Organization Chart”), and (ii) the date immediately following the Closing Date (the “Post-Closing Organization Chart”) (collectively, the “Organization Charts”). To the extent that the Pre-Closing Organization Chart is identical to the Post-Closing Organization Chart, the Borrower may certify to Agent that the Post-Closing Organization Chart is identical to the Pre-Closing Organization Chart. ​
