Common use of Partial Day Low Census Clause in Contracts

Partial Day Low Census. If a nurse is assigned to partial day Low Census (with standby or without standby) and is scheduled to report to work for any portion of a 12-hour shift, the nurse will be paid the nurse’s regular hourly rate for hours worked during such period. If a nurse on standby is called into work, the standby provisions of this contract will apply.

Partial Day Low Census. If a nurse is assigned to partial day Low 6 Census (with standby or without standby) and is scheduled to report to work for any portion of a 12-hour shift, the nurse will be paid the 8 nurse’s regular hourly rate for hours worked during such period. If a 9 nurse on standby is called into work, the standby provisions of this 10 contract will apply.

Partial Day Low Census. If a nurse is assigned to partial day Low Census 2 (with standby or without standby) and is scheduled to report to work for any portion of a 3 12-hour shift, the nurse will be paid the nurse’s regular hourly rate for hours worked 4 during such period. If a nurse on standby is called into work, the standby provisions of 5 this contract will apply.

If a nurse is assigned to partial day Low Census (with 28 standby or without standby) and is scheduled to report to work for any portion of a 29 12-hour shift, the nurse will be paid the nurse’s regular hourly rate for hours worked 30 during such period. If a nurse on standby is called into work, the standby provisions 31 of this contract will apply.

Partial Day Low Census. If a nurse is assigned to partial day Low Census (with standby or without standby) and is scheduled to report to work for any portion of a 12-hour shift, the nurse will be paid time one and one half (1.5) times the nurse’s regular hourly rate for hours worked during such period. If a nurse on standby is called into work, the standby provisions of this contract will apply.
