Common use of Part-time Nurses Clause in Contracts

Part-time Nurses. a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

Part-time Nurses. a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one any of the holidays set forth listed in paragraph A aboveArticle 15.01, he/she will shall be paid for all at the rate of time worked on said holiday at two and one half (21¼) times his/her regular straight-straight time hourly rate of payfor all hours worked on such holiday, subject to Article 14.03.

Part-time Nurses. a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one any of the holidays set forth listed in paragraph A aboveArticle 15.01, he/she will shall be paid for all at the rate of time worked on said holiday at two and one half (21 ½) times his/her regular straight-straight time hourly rate of payfor all hours worked on such holiday, subject to Article 14.03.

Part-time Nurses. 18 a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the 19 holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all 20 time worked on said holiday at two (2) times his/her regular 21 straight-time hourly rate of pay.

Part-time Nurses. 13 a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set 14 forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said 15 holiday at two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

Part-time Nurses. 6 a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set forth 7 in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at 8 two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.. 9
