Park Construction Costs. 1. All public parks shall be designed and constructed within the per-acre costs shown on Exhibit 13-1 and 13-2, as may be increased or adjusted through CPI and/or appropriate fee updates, based on City Engineer’s cost estimate, unless: City has required, through a condition of approval of a Subsequent Project Approval, construction of a park that exceeds the per-acre costs shown on Exhibit 13-1 and 13-2 and City Council has authorized City funding equal to those excess costs, or Developer has submitted written authorization to City acknowledging it wishes to construct a park in excess of the per-acre costs and acknowledging it will not receive fee credits for the excess costs.

  • DIRECT CONSTRUCTION COST Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that Contractor actually and necessarily incurs constructing the Project in strict compliance with the Construction Documents. Direct Construction Cost includes only the cost categories set forth in this Article and does not include the Pre-Construction Phase Fees or the Construction Phase Fees unless specifically noted. References in the UGSC to adjustments in “cost” or “costs” mean the Direct Construction Cost.
