Project Approval definition

Project Approval means the initial official action of the Local Entity declaring its intent with respect to the financing of the Project Facilities. The date of the Project Approval is March 11, 2009.
Project Approval means any permit, consent, approval, authorisation, permission or determination of any kind whatever (including a determination that is required for obtaining the benefit of an exemption) that the Company or an associated company is required to obtain from the State or any of its instrumentalities, any statutory authority or any local government authority, to enable the Company or associated company to discharge its obligations or exercise its rights under this Indenture or to proceed with the implementation of a Project;
Project Approval means an approval by the Minister of the carrying out of a project, given as a consequence of the Project Application and in accordance with the Act and includes any modifications made to that approval.

Examples of Project Approval in a sentence

  • Developer therefore waives all claims for damages against the City in the event that this Agreement or any Project Approval is: (1) not approved by the City Council or (2) is approved by the City Council, but with new changes, amendments, conditions or deletions to which Developer is opposed.

  • If the Community Development Director finds that the Project Approval Amendment is both minor and consistent with this Agreement, the Project Approval Amendment shall be determined to be an "Administrative Amendment," and the Community Development Director shall approve the Administrative Amendment without a public hearing, and this Agreement and its pertinent exhibits shall be automatically amended without further action by the Parties.

  • If the City denies any Project Approval on the basis that it does not comply with a New Law that is consistent with this Agreement, the City shall follow the procedures set forth in Section 4.03 of this Agreement.

  • In the event that the City, upon being served with a lawsuit or other legal process to set aside, void or annul all or part of any Project Approval, fails to promptly notify the Developer in writing of the Proceeding, or fails to cooperate fully in the defense of the Proceeding, the Developer shall thereafter be relieved of the obligations imposed in this Section 7.10.
