Parent/Teacher Conference Leave Day. Teachers with children enrolled in ECS Programs will be authorized to attend Parent/Teacher Conferences at ECS Schools without the use of benefit time, provided the teacher is still able to meet the expectations of ECS regarding the performance of the teacher’s responsibilities during Parent/Teacher Conferences.
