Paid Holidays Falling on a Scheduled Day Off or During Vacation. When any of the above-noted holidays fall on an Employee's scheduled day off or during their vacation, the Employee shall receive, at their option, a day's pay or another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed to between the Employer and the Employee.
