Paid Compassionate leave entitlement. B5.2.9.2 An employee is entitled to up to 2 days compassionate leave per occasion of either a member of the employee’s immediate family or household contracting or developing a personal injury or illness that poses a serious threat to life or dies. Proof of such illness injury or death must be given by the employee to the satisfaction of the employer if so requested.
