OWNER’S USE OF DOCUMENTS AFTER. COMPLETION OF SERVICES After completion of the Services, the Owner may reuse, reproduce, or make derivative works from the Documents at the Owner's sole risk, except for the Consultant's indemnification obligations pursuant to Section 6.1.1, and the Owner shall be responsible for any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or resulting from any such prohibited use.
OWNER’S USE OF DOCUMENTS AFTER. COMPLETION OF PROJECT After completion of the Project, Owner may reuse, reproduce, or make derivative works from the Documents solely for the purposes of maintaining, renovating, remodeling, or expanding the Project at the Worksite. Owner’s use of the Documents without Design-Builder’s involvement or on other projects is at Owner’s sole risk, except for Design-Builder’s indemnification obligations, and Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Design-Builder, its Design-Professional, Subcontractors, and consultants, and the agents, officers, directors, and employees of each of them, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or resulting from such any prohibited use.
