Owner’s Quality Control Inspector. When desired by the Owner, a quality control inspector may be engaged by the Owner, or upon direction of the Owner, by the Design Professional for and on behalf of the Owner, and paid or reimbursed by the Owner. The individual or firm shall be one to whom the Design Professional has no reasonable objection.
