Common use of Out of Classification Work Clause in Contracts

Out of Classification Work. An employee who is assigned to work at a higher job classification for fourteen (14) or more consecutive days, will be paid at a step in the range of the higher class which would provide at least a 5% increase in pay, subject to Commissioner approval.

Out of Classification Work. An employee who is assigned to work at a higher job classification for fourteen four (144) hours or more consecutive days, in any one day will be paid at a step in the range of the higher class which would provide at least a 5% an increase in pay. Effective January 1, subject 2013, when an employee is assigned to Commissioner approvalwork at a higher job classification for four (4) hours or more in any one day, said employee shall be paid at the increment in the range of the higher classification which would provide a minimum of 5% increase.
