Other Transfer Documents. Such other documents and instruments, including without limitation notices to operators and letters in lieu of transfer orders, as shall be reasonably requested by Buyer to effect the intent of this Agreement and consummate the transaction contemplated hereby. To the extent any of the Oil and Gas Interests are located on federal, state, or tribal lands, the Parties will execute and deliver officially approved federal, state, or tribal assignment forms, and such forms shall be deemed to be subject to and incorporate the terms of the other corresponding Transfer Documents.
