Common use of Other Than Continuous Full-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Other Than Continuous Full-Time Employees. a) Current employees who are “Other Than Continuous Full-Time Employees”, as defined by the OMERS Regulations, who were hired prior to the ratification of this Collective Agreement and who were previously covered under the predecessor collective agreement between the North Shore Board of Education and OSSTF and who were enrolled in OMERS, shall have their participation in OMERS grandparented.
