Common use of Other Programs and Services Clause in Contracts

Other Programs and Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide other 22 services and programs related to the Recycle Plus Program as requested by CITY at a 23 price to be mutually agreed upon between CONTRACTOR and the Director of 24 Environmental Services. In the event CONTRACTOR and the Director of Environmental 25 Services cannot reach a mutually agreed upon price for the requested service or program 26 within sixty (60) calendar days of CITY’s request, CITY shall have the right to procure the 27 service of other vendors or contractors to provide the requested service.
