Other Conditions for Additional Principals. As a condition of becoming a Principal, the Executive Board may require payment or other contributions or actions by the new Principal as the Executive Board may deem appropriate and may set such start date for service as it deems appropriate, it being the intention of this provision that the addition of new Principals shall not cause pre-existing Principals to incur additional cost or to experience any material reduction in services from the Agency.
