No Commitments. Any commitment or transaction by Company (including, without limitation, any borrowing or capital expenditure) other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice;

In dealing with third parties with respect to the Company's business or on behalf of the Company, the Members shall act in accordance with policies established by the Management Committee or by consent of a Majority-in-Interest of the Members. No Member shall, in the name of or on behalf of the Company, sign or execute any contract, instrument or document, perform any other act, engage in any transaction, commit or bind the Company to any act, contract, instrument or document, or incur any debt, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or with the written concurrence of a Majority-in-Interest of the Members.
No Commitments. Any material commitment or transaction by any of the Partnerships (including, without limitation, any borrowing or capital expenditure) other than in the ordinary course of business;

To Crow's knowledge, no commitments have been made to -------------- any Governmental Authority, utility company, school board, church or other religious body, or any homeowners' association or any other organization, group or individual, relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon Patriot to make any contribution or dedication of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property.
No Commitments. Employee represents and warrants to Company that Employee has no outstanding commitments inconsistent with any of the terms of this Agreement or the services to be rendered by Employee hereunder.
No Commitments. The CCC Company has not committed or obligated itself in any manner whatsoever to assign or sublease the Plant Property to any Person other than as contemplated by this Agreement. The CCC Company has not committed or obligated itself in any manner whatsoever to place any encumbrance on the Plant Property or any portion thereof except for the Permitted Liens.

To Contributor’s knowledge, no commitments have been made to any Governmental Authority, utility company, school board, church or other religious body, or any homeowners’ association or any other organization, group or individual, relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon the Partnership to make any contribution or dedication of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property.
No Commitments. Each Party agrees that, except for the liabilities to be assumed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents or as expressly contemplated or permitted hereby or thereby (including under the LLC Agreement), neither it nor any of its Subsidiaries will take, without the prior written consent of the other Party, any action that will commit or bind the Company or any member thereof (in such capacity) to any act, agreement, contract or undertaking of any kind or nature whatsoever.
No Commitments. Seller has made no commitment to any person or entity relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon Seller or its successors to make any contributions or dedications of money or land, or to construct, install or maintain any improvements as part of the Property or upon separate lands.
