This is illustrated by the fact that by far the most publications are published in the local languages and nearly all of them are written by local authors. Some of the countries conclude that there is huge knowledge gap on food consumers´ science and that should be used as a stimulation for developing the base for further research and for obtaining knowledge about this topic.
