Common use of Optional Supplemental Retirement Fund Clause in Contracts

Optional Supplemental Retirement Fund. To promote and encourage savings for retirement, the City agrees that if an employee desires to participate in the South Dakota Retirement System Supplemental Retirement Fund, that the City will make a contribution as follows: Employee Contribution City Contribution $50.00 $25.00 $40.00 $20.00 $30.00 $15.00 $20.00 $10.00 City contributions shall be by an increase in wages in the amount of the option selected by the employee. Employee contributions shall be by deduction from wages and the employee must sign up and designate one of the above contribution levels.
