Operator's Knowledge and no Bailment. As You have possession of and control over Your Goods and You are responsible for securing Your Space, You acknowledge and agree that the Operator is not a bailee or warehouseman of Your Goods nor does the Operator have possession of Your Goods at any time. You also warrant that You are either the owner of or control the Goods, and/or are entitled at law to deal with them in accordance with all aspects of this Agreement.

  • TECHNOLOGY/KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER ACTIVITIES The goal of this task is to develop a plan to make the knowledge gained, experimental results, and lessons learned available to the public and key decision makers. The Recipient shall: • Prepare an Initial Fact Sheet at start of the project that describes the project. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Final Project Fact Sheet at the project’s conclusion that discusses results. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes: o An explanation of how the knowledge gained from the project will be made available to the public, including the targeted market sector and potential outreach to end users, utilities, regulatory agencies, and others.

  • Permits and Licenses The Contractor shall observe and comply with all laws, rules, and regulations affecting services under this Agreement. The Contractor shall procure and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all permits and licenses necessary to accomplish the Work contemplated in this Agreement.   • NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS 13.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Corporation agrees that there will be no lockout.

  • NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT The Union agrees that, during the life of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or members will authorize, instigate, aid, condone or engage in a work stoppage, slowdown or strike, including sympathy strikes. The Employer agrees that during the same period there shall be no lockouts. Likewise, it is understood and agreed that the Union and employees shall not engage in concerted activities calculated to influence elected officials, such as picketing private homes or businesses.

  • Permits and License Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws and maintain all permits and licenses required by applicable city, county, state, and federal rules, regulations, statutes, codes, and other laws that pertain to this Contract.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, LICENSES, PERMITS, AND INSURANCE POLICIES A. For each Term of this Agreement, Concessionaire shall obtain, pay for, maintain, and comply with all licenses, permits, certifications, authorizations, approvals, or any other documents required by all applicable government agency having jurisdiction over the Concession Premises or the conduct of Concessionaire's operations thereon. Concessionaire shall provide Department with written evidence that such applicable licenses, permits, authorizations, or other required documents have been obtained prior to commencement of the activity or operation covered by the license, permit, authorization, or other documentation. No operation shall begin until Concessionaire has provided such written evidence to Department.
