Common use of Operation and Maintenance Manuals Clause in Contracts

Operation and Maintenance Manuals. (a) Project Co shall prepare and deliver to IO all necessary operation and maintenance manuals for the Facility 30 days prior to the Substantial Completion Date. From and after such date and throughout the remainder of the Project Term, Project Co shall prepare and keep current, and at all reasonable times make available to IO, such operation and maintenance manuals and all other such manuals prepared from time to time for the Facility.

Operation and Maintenance Manuals. (a) Project Co shall prepare and deliver to IO WCH all necessary operation and maintenance manuals for the Facility 30 days prior to the Substantial Completion Date. From and after such date and throughout the remainder of the Project Term, Project Co shall prepare and keep current, and at all reasonable times make available to IOWCH, such operation and maintenance manuals and all other such manuals prepared from time to time for the Facility.

(a) Project Co shall prepare and deliver to IO NHS all necessary operation and maintenance manuals for the Facility 30 days prior to the Substantial Completion Date. From and after such date and throughout the remainder of the Project Term, Project Co shall prepare and keep current, and at all reasonable times make available to IONHS, such operation and maintenance manuals and all other such manuals prepared from time to time for the Facility.
