ONGOING APPOINTMENT. Ongoing appointment is employment for an indefinite period. An ongoing appointment is subject to probation, termination and redundancy provisions in this Agreement.

ONGOING APPOINTMENT. An ongoing appointment (either full-time or part-time) is an appointment where the nature of the work is ongoing and is made for an indefinite period.

  • Term of Appointment 2.1 The Appointment shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue, subject to the remaining terms of this agreement, until terminated by either party giving the other not less than three months’ prior notice in writing.
