Office Oversight and Steering. The OFRA will receive guidance and oversight from The Joint Operations Steering Committee. The JOSC will determine priorities and assign work to the office as needed. Additional workload will be managed and distributed by the OFRA Administrator based on available resources. In cases where conflicting priorities or scarcity of resources exist to complete the assignment in the time frame required, a request for prioritization assistance will be elevated to the Joint Operations Steering Committee for final prioritization and workload realignment.
